The cost of hosting a large number of data files or a few high resolution image files (for example: a 200 Megabyte file) can be prohibitively expensive. iDigMedia allows you to host as much data as you can squeeze on a CD or DVD. $20 per disk per month is very economical for those customer's who must put their data on-line but can't charge their customer for access to the data.

iDigMedia is an ideal solution for Libraries to provide ancestry libraries, free image downloads, and online books for public distribution. As your Internet Librarian, we'll take the disk media you receive straight from your source and host that disk on-line.


Because the web is a constantly changing medium, the concept of putting archive media on the Internet goes contray to how most people think. Many customer's need reassurance that our service performs for them. Therefore, we will extend an offer to all lease customers that the first nintey(90) days of the first five(5) disks will be hosted for free. This will allow you to see how our system works with as much as 42.5 gigabytes (DVD-9 format) on-line. This time frame should allow most customers to see how the disk is served on the web and make adjustments as needed. Or, you may cancel your service completely and owe nothing PROVIDED that you have setup a portal from your web site to iDigMedia within the first 60-days of service.

Schools pay for our service because they can have secure faculty logins as well as public access for students to data located on the SAME disk. iDigMedia can securely host school transcript data (secure non-published data) as well as student classroom work (unsecure publicly available data) on the SAME disk all the while maintaining proper security.
