How we manage your privacy


The following information explains our information gathering and dissemination practices ("Privacy Policy") for the domains: remotearchiving.com, assuredsolutions.com, idigmedia.com, and pm-essentials.com.

Upon visiting this site, we track the URL link or the IP address source that your visit originated from. This tracking device is used to monitor the source of incoming traffic to the website and is used for internal marketing purposes. We also use this information to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site.  We do not disseminate or gather personal information about the user from such tracking methods. Any information obtained is not shared with anybody outside of APMS.

Like most standard Web site servers, we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. Any unique identifiers collected may be escrowed in a form to allow customer support or demographics use. This information is not shared with any companies or individuals other than APMS personnel and its authorized vendors.

If you elect to subscribe to the service, our registration form requires you to provide contact information such as name, email address, mailing address and phone number.  The application may ask for unique identifiers such as passwords and data encryption keys, depending on your setup. This information is not shared with any companies or individuals other than APMS personnel.

We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company.  The customer's contact information is also used to initiate direct contact when such contact is deemed necessary.  This contact is directly related to the operation or support of the archiving service.   If financial information is collected, then it is used to bill the user for products and services.

APMS sends email to customers who may use their services. This email is used for customer awareness and internal marketing. The email is mainly used for welcome letters, instruction letters, billing, receipts, monthly status reports, and cancellation letters.

When the privacy policy changes, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
